1. General

These terms govern the use of Dubai Choice, available at dubaichoice.ae (the "Site"). The Site is published by DP Business Solutions LLC. You can reach the editorial team at hello@dubaichoice.ae.

The Site is an information and lifestyle publication covering: best of, hotels, fitness, schools, clinics, services.

2. Nature of the content

Rankings on Dubai Choice are editorial opinions based on research at the time of publishing. They are not professional, medical or financial advice. Verify details with the provider before you decide.

Opinions are the editorial team's own. Prices, opening hours, menus, line-ups and availability change often, and information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Always confirm key details with the venue or organiser before you go.

3. Using the Site

Use of the Site is free. You agree to use it lawfully and in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, not to submit unlawful content, and not to interfere with the Site's operation. A device with internet access and a current browser with cookies enabled is all you need. Complaints about the Site can be sent to hello@dubaichoice.ae and are handled within 14 days.

4. Comments

Comments are moderated and appear only after approval by the editorial team. Comments containing profanity, hate speech, unlawful content, spam, or statements that damage the reputation of any person or business are not published. The editorial team may decline or remove any comment without giving a reason.

5. Content created with AI

Some articles are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence tools, based on research of publicly available sources, and are then published under the supervision of the editorial team. Articles with substantial AI involvement carry a visible note in the article itself.

The publisher takes full editorial responsibility for everything published on the Site, including AI-assisted content, and works to keep it accurate, current and fair.

6. Copyright

Content published on the Site is protected by copyright. Photographs come from licensed sources (including Pexels and Openverse) and are used under their respective licences. Copying or redistributing content without the publisher's permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

7. Corrections and reputation

We respect the reputation of the people, venues and businesses we write about. If you believe a publication is inaccurate or infringes your rights, write to hello@dubaichoice.ae with a link to the article. We will review the request promptly and, where justified, publish a correction or remove the content.

8. Liability

The publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of content published on the Site. Content is published in good faith and to the best of the editorial team's knowledge.

9. Final provisions

These terms may change. The current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
